Here's What's Really Going On-
Foot nerve pain is one of the most disruptive symptoms we see because it impacts every step. For some patients, the pain
is sharp and electric. For others, it’s a burning heat or a numbness that makes the ground feel unfamiliar. The two
most common pathways are peripheral neuropathy (often metabolic or circulation-related) and mechanical nerve irritation
from the low back. That’s why evaluation matters: the right treatment depends on the driver. When neuropathy is
involved, we typically recommend a structured neuropathy program paired with Class IV laser therapy to support
circulation and tissue recovery. When symptoms track with low back involvement, spinal decompression may help reduce
disc pressure and calm nerve irritation that can radiate into the feet. Advanced chiropractic care may also improve
mechanics and reduce repeated stress along the nerve pathway. If your foot symptoms are worsening, the best time to
intervene is now—before numbness and balance issues become entrenched.
